Acura Carland was presented this award by DealerRater.com. The Dealer Of The Year award is only given to a select number of dealerships throughout the US. Acura Carland won this award for generating outstanding customer satisfaction - as expressed through customer online reviews.
To win this award Acura Carland had to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater in 2015.
- Maintain a minimum 4.0 (out of 5.0) rating throughout the entire year.
- Must have at least one review from the previous calendar year.
- Must not have been blacklisted within the 2015 calendar year.
