This family-friendly event is free to the public and offers activities and food as well as wonderful entertainment. The evening will kick off at 7 PM, with the Highbeams providing their musical talents, followed by the talented Craig Campbell. The evening will be topped off with the classic New Year’s tradition of a fireworks display, and finally, the raising of the Duluth Icon. With so much to see and do, this event is not to be missed.

Who says you have to stay up late to have a good time? Enjoy the last day of 2016 by attending the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Parade, starting at 9 AM on New Year’s Eve. Get an up-close look at the variety of floats by arriving early and walking around the parade staging area. The parade begins at the corner of Baker St. and Peachtree St., making its way through Centennial Olympic Park, and ending at the Georgia World Congress Center, which will be home to the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl FanFest. There are fun floats to be seen, exciting performances by bands and cheerleaders, and beautiful classic cars. FanFest will run 10 AM to 2 PM, with food and games available. There will also be entertainment, giveaways, and official limited edition merchandise to check out.
